The hotel's location was convenient for accessing the nearby tourist spots, but unfortunately, the hotel itself didn't meet our family's needs. Although the rooms were clean, we faced many issues such as faulty air conditioning, lack of luggage assistance, and limited options in the child-oriented restaurant. the bathroom was small but sufficient for our needs.

The unprofessional staff disappointed us during check-out, as they demanded an extra payment despite our full advance payment.

Easter Stay We had a great time during our Easter weekend getaway. the hotel had a decent room size and clean bathrooms. the breakfast selection was good and the location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Room for Improvement we were disappointed with the extra charges that were demanded despite already paying the full amount online. the air conditioning was turned off during the day which made the room uncomfortable and the staff did not seem keen on providing any assistance.
